Ben and Jaden books
The author, Ben, would use writing to cope with life situations as a child in 5th grade. He found love for writing again in high school after being influenced by his radical English teacher. Ben's teacher showed his students a love for writing, reading and all forms of literature.
After volunteering for 10 years at a camp for foster children, whose stories, similar in some aspects to his own story, gave him the gumption to publish his writing. Maybe if it could help those kids, it could help any number of kids and adults alike.
